this 64% single origin, non-farmed Vietnamese chocolate is something special (read more about it under info on coconut page). so we felt we had to pair it with something equally special: a smooth caramel spiked with fresh espresso (Marangu, Tanzania) from our friends at Tinman Coffee Roasters.
