So after seeing countless hot chocolate mixes and trying different cafe’s hot chocolates, we knew we had to create something for people who love to drink something a little more real instead of a mix of cheap cocoa powder, icing sugar, emulsifiers and gums.
Our dark hot chocolate ingredients:
Cocoa nibs, raw sugar, cocoa butter
And our oat milk hot chocolate ingredients contain the same as above PLUS whole organic oats and organic coconut milk powder!
How do we make our hot chocolate?
We make it exactly the same as our other chocolate used in our blocks by grinding cocoa nibs with sugar and cocoa butter in a melanger machine for 30-40 hours. Once ready, it is set and then shaved into a powder-like consistency for making hot chocolate! So it may look like a powder, but it is just real, straight up chocolate ready to be enjoyed in your mug this winter.

This oat milk drinking chocolate is our lightest variety with tones of malt and caramel plus an added benefit of protein thanks to the whole organic oats we use in our oat milk chocolate!
