Our Shop Policies

Returns

Our returns policy does not extend to perishable goods such as cake and chocolate orders that have already been delivered to you or the recipient. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us to ensure we can rectify the issue as soon as possible.

Refunds

If you have decided to cancel your order, please contact us via email at info@planetcocoa.com.au. If your placed order has not yet been organised and dispatched we will refund you minus any transaction fees (2-3%).

Shipping policy

If you have chosen to get your order shipped by a courier, we do not hold responsibility if the package has been damaged in transit. Unfortunately we do not offer returns on our artisan products in the case that you did not enjoy the flavour. In the rare event that you have received a damaged or spoiled product, we will rectify this issue with either a refund or send out a new package. Please contact us if you experience any issues.

While we will do what we can to ensure your order is delivered as packaged with the use of recyclable insulation during the summer months, Planet Cocoa cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe heat and delivery delays.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the contact details and address is entered correctly, including unit numbers or correct house numbers. In the event that the address was entered incorrectly by the buyer, there will be a re-delivery fee.
