Here’s a festive duo perfect for holiday gifting or personal indulgence: Planet Cocoa’s Gingerbread Crunch and Christmas Rum Pudding chocolates.

The Gingerbread Crunch chocolate block is a 42% oat milk chocolate with crunchy gingerbread pieces and warm cinnamon notes, creating a cozy seasonal treat. We have collaborated with plant-based patisserie, Gingersnap who have created a vegan and soy free gingerbread biscuit that ties in perfectly with our creamy, thick oat milk chocolate.

In the Christmas Rum Pudding, we first infused Ecuadorian cocoa beans in Killik rum’s cocoa liqueur for a few weeks before using this cocoa to make dark chocolate. This 68% dark chocolate has a rich, deep flavour thanks to this rum infusion (and a beautiful aroma!) and so we paired this with candied citrus from Melbourne jam maker Jam Haus plus dried sultanas. This chocolate block captures the essence of traditional Christmas pudding but with a modern, rum-spiked twist.

Both chocolates are vegan, soy-free, and come in eco-friendly packaging, adding a touch of sustainability to your holiday treats.
