You might be thinking chocolate and salt? The added sprinkling of salt actually benefits your chocolate tasting experience as salt can enhance and balance the flavour of chocolate. This chocolate block highlights the simplicity of the beautiful cocoa beans we use in our craft chocolate.
Our chocolates are made from scratch: from bean to bar, to more. We only use cocoa from ethical and transparent sources like Living Koko’s Samoan cacao.

In the process of crafting chocolate from the cocoa bean, we incur 20% husk waste from seperating the inner nib from the outer husk. We are collaborating with local businesses and research labs to minimise our waste impact.
